found this article that states the Benefits of Online Reputation
Management-Social Media, I am not going to state all of the benefits but point
out a few important ones.

about the good and bad views about company’s products or services.

bad reviews and reputations of a brand, product and company. This way you can
understand what words are being used, who, what, when and where; a complete 360
data tool just on this topic alone.
Influencers-
on Instagram; I cannot tell you how important this is and the new trend to get
people to buy. But this is not just about marketing, sales, and revenue. This
about data that who your “influencers attracted” and a company’s product is being
sold the momentum of engages that are involved.
